I bought this gorgeous BasicGrey Lucille collection from Paper Issues and I just had to make a lil altered box with it.
The colors in this collection are so rich and I just love that subtle vintage feel to the whole collection. I had this white lace (that I got in a kit from My Creative Scrapbook) but I needed it to be a tiny bit more "old" so I colored it with my fave Tattered Angels glimmer mist - Sun Sisters.
I painted the box with Distress Stain and that same glimmer mist too, and of course I just had to add a tiny bit of bling to this little box too!
Thanks for stopping by, and don't forget to stop by at the fab Paper Issues store. Don't forget to use my code ANNASIGGA to receive 20% off! :D

I love making cards, stamping and coloring with my Copics. I recently got this cute La-La Land stamp from Skrapp og gaman.is and since I am trying to use my beloved Prima stash I decided to use this gorgeous trim to create a card along with my new stamp.
Copic colors used.
Clothes - V91/93/95 YR00/01/02 E13/15
These trims are so delish and even if they might be considered "old" I love them to bits and I plan on using these pretties more often. And yes I have a "not-so-small! stash of these trims! ;D
Nothing says spring like a lil Odd fairy ready to bloom with all those pretty flowers - plus it doesn't hurt to add a bit of glitter paper to the mix! ;D
I am celebrating this release by giving this RAK to one lucky commenter. To be entered you have to follow my blog and/or my Facebook page, like PaperHaus on FB and leave me a comment saying you did so! :D
The blog hop will run from March 1st until March 7th - so get hopping and your next stop is Susan's blog! :D
February flew by way too fast and March is already here! But is quite OK since Some Odd Girl is welcoming a new month with a new sketch - hop on over to the Odd blog to see what the Oddies came up with! :D

I just Love collecting little boxes of all shapes and sizes - then I keep them in a large storage box waiting to be altered. I saw Frank paint the insides of a wood box with the pretty Glimmer Glaze from Tattered Angels and of course I just had to give it a go too! :D
The Glaze is the perfect medium to paint wood and I love that hint of sparkle too. I used the gorgeous Fairy Belle collection from Prima as the base of my box and of course I just had to ad one of my butterflies (yes I collect them) on top.
My girls love to dress up in fancy costumes and this past Ash Wednesday (an Icelandic holiday when children dress up in costumes and sing songs for candy) was no exception! The Kindergarten/Day-care hosts a costume ball every year and this year my younger daughter went as Tinkerbell.
Ever since my mom and I started crocheting (I am a total beginner but my mom is quite the talent) my girls have been fascinated with this new trend of mine. Every time I, or my mom, pick up that crochet needle they just have to join in the fun.
